Ticket Presales for the German Jazz Prize 2026 Begin

Tickets for the German Jazz Prize 2026 are now available in limited numbers via Rausgegangen. The award ceremony will take place on April 25, 2026, at the Congress Centrum Bremen, as part of the jazzahead! trade fair.

The evening will be hosted by Thelma Buabeng and Götz Bühler. While Buabeng will host the award ceremony for the first time in 2026, Bühler returns as co-host for the fourth time and, as artistic advisor to jazzahead!, represents the close partnership between the German Jazz Prize and Germany’s most important jazz trade fair.

The Moses Yoofee Trio has been confirmed as the first live act of the evening. Based in Berlin, the trio blends jazz with influences from hip-hop, R’n’B, and beat culture, exemplifying a young, genre-crossing jazz generation. Further live acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
