High-Profile Members on the Expert and Special Jury

Also in the sixth edition the nominations, selected from nearly 1,200 submissions, are determined by a 25-member Expert Jury. As an independent body, the Expert Jury brings together expertise from artistic practice, labels and publishing, clubs and festivals, management and agencies, as well as journalism and media. Together, its members reflect the diversity and dynamism of the scene, contributing experience, curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility to the selection process.

In addition, a five-member Special Jury decides on the award for Composition/Arrangement of the Year. It contributes specific artistic perspectives and complements the Expert Jury with further professional viewpoints.

The 21 award recipients in the remaining categories are selected by a 17-member Main Jury, which will be announced at a later date.
